Wood Products Celebration

Maine's Paper and Heritage Museum is planning an event in Livermore Falls.

Plenty of activities for the entire family, music at the gazebo, comedy with Father Guido, wood products vendors, face painting, paper mache for kids, logging contests, frying pan toss, bucksaw contest, horseshoes, softball and a Paul Bunyon look-a-like contest and much more!!!

The museum is also looking for businesses to sponsor a children's logging train ride. You can buy a log, which will be attached to the train with the business name on the log. The price of the logs are $100. If you would like to volunteer, be a contestant, or participate in the Paul Bunyon contest, or would like more information, please contact Sherry Judd at 592-1807.  

Maine Papermakers & Wood Products Celebration
Saturday, August 29th, 2015 9am–4pm
Product Vendor, Non-Profit Food Vendor and Non-Profit Booth Registration
REGISTRATION DEADLINE Registrations must be postmarked by July 15th, 2015.
Early registration is encouraged. Preference to crafts and commercial entities in the wood and paper
industry.
CHECK IN All vendors must check in between 7am and 8:30am with a Papermakers Committee
representative which will be identified prior to the Celebration.
SET UP Vendors must be set up and ready for business with cars parked in assigned lots by
8:30am. Vehicles will be allowed back on at the location at 4pm for breakdown. Tents and gear must
be off the location by 5pm.
DISPLAY SPACE & LOCATION A single display space is 10' x 10' unless other configurations are
approved by a Celebration representative. Food vendors will be located throughout the Celebration and
will be central to all activities. Location of vendors and non-profits to be determined. Please do not
switch spaces with other vendors without approval of the Celebration representative.
HOURS, TRASH REMOVAL & EQUIPMENT The Celebration will be open from 9am–4pm and
vendors are expected to be open during those hours. Vendors are responsible for their own trash
removal and for providing their own equipment, including a tent if needed. You must provide your own
source of electrify if needed. Please be prepared to weigh down your tent and have tent walls for
wind and rain. Rain Date: August 30, 2015. No refunds due to inclement weather.
REGISTRATION FEES Product and Craft Vendors: $25 Commercial Vendors: $50
Non-Profits: Free. Non-Profits must include a copy of their Non-Profit tax status with the
application. Registration fees must be paid prior of the Celebration or you will not be admitted.
Non-profits selling any food or other items unrelated to their organization should register
as a non-profit food vendor.
